1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS We currently ship across India — all states and union territories including remote areas via our courier partners.
2. PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched
3. DELIVERY TIME

4. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499
- Orders below ₹499 — flat shipping charge of ₹49
- Charges will be displayed clearly at checkout
5. ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS
- You can track your order on our website or the courier partner's website

6. FAILED DELIVERY
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt re-delivery
- After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us
- Re-shipping charges may apply for returned orders
7. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
- If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@mrahul.store with photos and order number
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund
